Orders and Payment

Checkout Process

All orders are processed through Stripe Checkout, a secure third-party payment processor. When you place an order, you will be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout page. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to verify age or delivery address

Pricing

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States to states where alcohol delivery is legal. Some states have additional restrictions or requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery to your location is permitted by law.

Adult Signature Required

All shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. The person accepting delivery must present valid identification proving they are 21 years of age or older. If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier will make additional delivery attempts or hold the package for pickup.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of alcohol products and legal restrictions, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages except in the following cases:

• Product arrives damaged or defective
• Incorrect product was shipped
• Product quality issues (corked wine, etc.)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Site if you are under 21 years of age
• Purchase products for anyone under the legal drinking age
• Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
